The Global Yacht Racing website is a major marketing tool for the company. Sako’s design is based on our logo which really helps re-enforce our brand image and values to our customers. Before deciding to use Websakology we were struggling to find a professional and cost effective website designer and the whole process was becoming extremely stressful and confusing. After having wasted a lot of time and effort trying to get a website done “on the cheap” we are glad that we decided to choose a true professional. The result is our excellent website which is a true investment and a major asset.

It was an excellent decision to go with Websakology because Sako really took the stress out of the whole process. He was endlessly patient and his explanations of each option were very easy to follow, which meant that we always felt in control and knew there would be no nasty surprises or hidden extras. When you are very busy setting up a new company the last thing you want is to be bamboozled with technical jargon and confused with complicated explanations about websites. There was never any problem contacting Sako even though Global Yacht Racing is based in UK and Websakology is in Australia. We felt as though he was as passionate about our website as we are and he spent a lot of time and effort sorting out the details for the online payments with our bank and hosting company when there were a few minor problems. He was always mindful of deadlines and pushed the process on when it began to lose momentum by finding innovative solutions to tricky problems.

Since the launch of the website it has already proven its value. We have had an influx in queries about race events and took two bookings online within the first week of the launch. A professional looking website is essential for a business such as ours and we are already planning to get another website built through Websakology for the training division of Global Yacht Racing which will be launched as Global Yacht Training next year to provide RYA training courses in UK and Australia.

The Getaway Sailing Adventures website communicates our range of services. It informs visitors about our courses, and allows them to make online bookings, generates sales, as well as delivers up to date content at all times.
